Q:  What is the Patriot Promise Network?
A:  A network of Agents Nationwide dedicated to creating a strong America by working with buyers and sellers to help build stronger local communities.

Q:  What does it cost?
A:  There is no cost to the buyer or seller for participating.

Q:  Do the Buyer or Seller need to pre-register?
A:  Though pre-registration is not required, it is helpful to the network.  We will utilize the data in marketing efforts.

Q. I'm not buying or selling a home at this time. Can I give directly to Patriot Promise to support the efforts?
A: No. The Patriot Promise Network is not a charity. We enable buyers and sellers to easily support community organizations which foster and support a stronger America. If you want to donate directly there are several organizations we recommend which include the USO, The American Legion, Marine Corps League, the Navy League, the Army League, VFW, DAV, AMVETS, Police, EMS, Fire Fighters organizations and JROTC units just to name a few.

Q:  I want to participate but I am going to build a new home, not buy one.
A:  A common misconception is that you don't need or can't use a real estate agent when building a new home. In order for a buyer to use a buyer’s agent most builders have one requirement of buyers and their agents - that the first time a buyer visits the development, model home, or builder, the buyer either be accompanied by or notify the builder that the buyer is working with a buyer’s agent. Check with an agent before proceeding.
